Their red lentil curry with rice and currants will surely not leave anyone indifferent. You will only need for 4 people:
- 1/2 onion
- 100g sweet potato
- 150g pumpkin
- 200ml coconut milk
- 250ml vegetable broth
- 85g red lentils
- 1 teaspoon curry, a pinch of ginger and black pepper.
- 80g rice
- Gooseberries
- Dill or mint or peppermint
