The sweetest summer: strawberries stuffed with cheesecake

What fruit better celebrates the arrival of heat and good weather than strawberries? These delicious strawberries stuffed with cheesecake, designed by Canal Cocina chef, Elena Aymerich, are light and, above all, full of cheesecake flavor. And the best of all is that to prepare this dessert you don't need to stain almost anything or turn on the oven. Definitely one of our favorite recipes!

Ingredients:

  • 16 strawberries
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea

Elaboration:

Cut the strawberry leaves and the base so that they stand stably. Cut the top part and empty the inside with the help of a ball remover.

Mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream, lemon juice and vanilla essence . Pour this mixture into a pastry bag with a curly tip and fill the strawberries with this preparation.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Sprinkle some strawberries with cocoa powder, others with matcha tea and leave a few natural.
