A different recipe: beet guacamole and smoked sardines

The avocado, originally from Mexico, is one of our favorite fruits. Fruit? Well, if you had any doubts, it is a fruit that grows from a tree called persea.

The avocado has conquered us for its special texture, flavor, for its beneficial properties for our health and for its great adaptation to our recipes.  I always eat breakfast,  salads, sauces, snacks or canapés. Today we give it a spin with this delicious recipe with a touch of the sea. For this you will need:

INGREDIENTS:

- avocado
- cilantro
- purple Onion
- lemon
– cooked beet
– smoked sardines
- salt

To dip we change the nachos for vegetable chips that we can find in any supermarket.

STEPS:
• Place the following ingredients in a blender glass: avocado, cilantro, red onion, lemon juice, cooked beet and salt. We blend everything until we have a cream.
• We pour the guacamole into the bowl that we are going to present it and finish it by adding the chopped feta cheese (optional) and the smoked sardines. Simple, right? We had already finished this surf and turf guacamole ready to dip with our favorite nachos or vegetable chips.
