We all like pasta! TRUE? Today we are going to give the typical American dish of macaroni and cheese a twist by adding a special ingredient: seafood. It will give more depth and flavor to the dish and will leave you wanting to repeat.
These are the steps to follow:
- In a frying pan with a little olive oil we are going to add the prawns that we cook for a couple of minutes. We reserve.
- In a pot we are going to prepare a creamy bechamel cream: to do this we place the butter over medium heat and, when it melts, we add the flour and add the milk.
- Once the bechamel is made, add a pinch of salt and a little pepper and grated cheese and mix it until everything is completely incorporated.
- Finally we add the macaroni , the prawns that we had reserved and stir everything very well. We remove from the heat and our delicious macaroni is ready.
