  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • Salt, oregano, basil, extra virgin olive oil..

  • Crushed oats to coat to taste

– Step 1:

As always, we prepare all the ingredients ahead of time to speed up the cooking process. We cut thecarrots, thezucchini and theonion Julienne and grind the oats to get a consistency similar to flour. If you don't have a food processor you can use oatmeal or use the whole flakes for a touchcrunchy.

– Step 2:

We prepare thetarnished Mixing the oats and whole wheat flour together with the salt, pepper, oregano and basil they can be dried or fresh just chopped..

– Step 3:

We flatten the breasts with the help of a kitchen hammer or a canning jar, wrapping them in tap lightly until their width is less than 1 centimeter, taking care not to break them.

– Step 4:

Sauté the accompanying vegetables and remove them from the grill. We coat the breasts in the breading until it is well fixed in the meat and we go through the fire until they are well browned. It is done! Serve it with the vegetables and enjoy.
