Frozen stuffed oranges

๐ŸŠ These classic frozen oranges, which will surely bring you back to your childhood, are a refreshing and delicious culinary creation that combines the freshness of oranges with the smoothness of a homemade sorbet. Surprise your guests with its unique presentation, you will only need:

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ”น 3 oranges
๐Ÿ”น 800 g of sugar

Instructions:

Start by washing all the oranges thoroughly. Grate the zest of two of the oranges and squeeze out the juice.

Reserve both the zest and juice. Cut a small core off of each orange so they can stand upright. Then, cut the top off the oranges (like a "lid") and carefully remove the pulp without damaging the skin. Discard the white membrane and any seeds.

Blend the pulp from the oranges you have emptied and mix it with the juice and zest you reserved. Add the sugar and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Preheat the oven to 150ยบ C. Meanwhile, cut the other orange into two halves and roast it in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the pulp is tender. Then, remove the roasted pulp and add it to the mixture above.

Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and place in the freezer. You can also freeze the orange "tops".

When the mixture is completely frozen, place the cubes in a blender and blend until you get a sorbet-like consistency. Fill the frozen oranges with the sorbet you have prepared. Put the orange "lids" back in place. Refreeze the filled oranges until ready to serve.
