We've all had that moment when we open the fridge and discover a broccoli that's about to go bad. Well, don't worry anymore! We bring you the perfect recipe to give a new life to that half-wilted broccoli .
Combining the intense and fresh flavours of grilled prawns , a touch of garlic and the optional spiciness of cayenne pepper, this recipe is an explosion of flavour in every bite. To top it off, we add a touch of lemon , extra virgin olive oil and a little parmesan . A perfect dish!

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 broccoli
- 1 clove of garlic
- 16-20 prawns
- 300 g tagliatelle
- 1 cayenne pepper (optional)
- Parmesan or pecorino to taste
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
