YOGURT, ORANGE AND GINGER CAKE
This is one of those recipes that will not leave you indifferent and will surprise you. It will surely be passed down from generation to generation since it is a clean, simple and quick preparation.
We will need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 natural yogurt (100 grams)
- 100cl sunflower oil
- 200g of sugar
- 300g wheat flour
- 10g baking powder
- orange peel
- ginger scraping
We mix all the ingredients, leaving the flour last, and blend until we have a silky dough without lumps. We pour the dough into a tall container that we have previously greased with butter and we have
sprinkled with a little flour.
We cook in the microwave for 9 minutes at 750W. We let it rest before unmolding. Once unmolded, sprinkle icing sugar.
And ready! That's how easy we have our cake, in a maximum time of 15 minutes.

MICROWAVED EGG
If you need a boiled egg for a salad, this is a quick and easy way to get it.
Pour the cracked egg into a container or bowl that is as collected as possible. We add oil and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 and a half minutes at the highest power setting.

ZARANGOLLO MURCIANO
With this recipe you will realize how quick and easy it is to cook vegetables in the microwave and, above all, you will be surprised by the incredible flavor, color and textures that are achieved. Let's see how zarangollo is prepared in the microwave, this delicious typical Murcian dish .
We wash the zucchini well and cut it into 1 cm thick slices. We cut those slices in half, leaving a half moon.
We place it on a plate with a splash of oil and salt, cover with film and cook in the microwave for 6 minutes. We reserve
We are going to continue with the onion, which we peel and cut into thin strips (julienne). We place it on a plate, add a splash of oil and salt, cover with film and microwave for 10 minutes at 750W.
We mix the zucchini with the onion in a bowl and add an egg that we cook in the microwave for 30 seconds at 400W. The egg will be a little curdled. We mix everything well and ready to serve.

MICRO ROASTED CHICKEN
Place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish and pour your sauce to taste on top (beer sauce, broth...). We cover with film and make small holes to release steam. We cook for 15 minutes at maximum power. If you want, you can use the grill at the end of preparation to give it a crunchy touch.

KETCHUP
I never thought I could make a tomato sauce so quickly and above all without messing up almost anything. It is a great way to give that touch of traditional cuisine to our dishes even with the little time we have daily.
Chop green pepper, onion, and red pepper. We place it in a container with a splash of olive oil and salt and cover it with film, making it
some small holes.
We cook in the microwave for 6 minutes at 800W. We peel the tomatoes and chop them. Add the chopped tomatoes to the container with the rest of the vegetables with a little sugar, salt and olive oil.
We cover with film, make some small holes and cook for 12 minutes at 800W. Finally, we blend with the blender and our fantastic tomato sauce is ready.
