We cold press our olives, always below 27ºC, to preserve the valuable polyphenols that give the oil its antioxidant properties and health benefits. The result is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, obtained from a first and only pressing.
The freshly pressed oil is stored in stainless steel tanks, away from light and protected from temperature fluctuations, ensuring its freshness and quality until the moment of consumption.
